Claim submission exceeding 5 business days from delivery, damage is not noted on the carrier delivery receipt, proof of delivery based on delivery receipt, expedited or custom orders, 3rd party arranged shipments, interline shipments, drop shipments, hazardous materials, delivery requiring lift gate or other specialized equipment, residential or arranged deliveries, special requirements, secured facility, uncontrollable work stoppage, defect or inherent vice in the goods, non-stock items, international shipments, acts of God or any cause beyond MESA’s control.

MESA quote/order form promised date supersedes all other documented promised dates when disputing a claim.
