Terry May - President

Terry May founded the company in 1979 and has managed its growth from a one-man service operation to a nationwide provider of corrosion control solutions. He is a registered Professional Engineer, an accredited NACE Corrosion Specialist, and a certified NACE CP Instructor. He has served as the President of the NACE Foundation and the Chairman of the Board for Oklahoma Quality Foundation. He likes golfing, going to the lake, and spending time with his family.

Cary Hill - CEO

Cary Hill supports the dedicated men and women who are committed to providing the highest levels of quality, service and SAFETY in the industry. That commitment and dedication is rewarded with long-term customer relationships who place their trust in MESA to protect people, property and the environment. Cary also serves as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Quality Foundation, supporting leaders to achieve extraordinary results using the Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence as a performance-driven leadership system.

Greg Thomas - Director, SAFETY

Greg joined MESA in 1985 as an assistant in our manufacturing facility; he’s since risen the ranks to become the Director of SAFETY.  Greg oversees SAFETY and Risk Management and is responsible for maintenance and implementation of effective practices, initiatives and procedures that support industry related SAFETY and compliance policies.  He has been highly involved in MESA’s ISO certification and multiple LEAN initiatives, and has served as an Examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Foundation.

Pat McDaris - Director, Material Operations

Since joining MESA in 1985, Pat has seen and done it all in the CP business. Pat is NACE CP-certified and has seen every part of the CP industry, from anode fabrication to survey execution. Pat has served as an Examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Award, and loves spending time with his kids. You can find him every Saturday on the links.

Mark Cadle - Director, Corrosion Solutions

Mark joined MESA in 2009. He has been in the CP industry for over 30 years and holds several NACE certifications. Throughout his career, one of Mark’s primary focuses has been the development of corrosion control techniques for above ground storage tanks. Mark lives in Ohio and enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen, and their daughters. Be sure to ask him all about VCI next time you see him – that’s one of his specialties!

Kevin Pastotnik - Director, Project Services Group

Kevin joined MESA in 2010, and has been in the pipeline integrity and construction industry for over 16 years, serving as both an operator and contractor. Much of his career has been dedicated to pipeline regulatory assessments, remediation and field technique and technical development of industry personnel. Kevin lives in Michigan with his wife and two daughters and enjoys being on the water and mountain biking.

Kelsey May - Director, Support Services

Kelsey joined the company in 2013 and served in various capacities before becoming Director of Support Services. She has been involved as an examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Award and the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, and is a certified ISO internal auditor and NCCER Master Trainer. In her spare time, she likes traveling.

Jami Jackson - Director, Human Resources

Jami joined MESA in 2007, and is responsible for developing and implementing human resource management strategies that align with the overall business strategy. She has over 20 years of HR and organizational development experience. In addition to her accomplishments in HR, she has also served as an Examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, traveling, and playing golf.
