Pat McDaris

Since joining MESA Products in 1985, Pat has seen and done it all in the CP business. Pat is CP-certified and leads our world-class manufacturing and sales teams to help customers get what they need, when they need it. Pat has served as an examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Award and is committed to continuous improvement using ISO 9001:2015 standards and Baldrige principles. Pat enjoys spending time with his family and you can find him every Saturday on the links.

Richard Huerta

Richard's MESA Products journey began in 1987. With vast operational experience, he's been an ISO auditor, LEAN facilitator, and leadership program contributor. His role as an Oklahoma Quality Award examiner reflects his commitment to excellence. Richard's passion for mentoring and family time, combined with his love for the outdoors, defines his well-rounded leadership approach.

Inside sales Coordinator

Cheri Thomas

Cheri Thomas, a dedicated MESA member since 1998, began in accounts payable. Inspired by Terry May in 2005, she transitioned to the sales team, where she thrives today as the inside sales coordinator. Cheri has served as an ISO Auditor, continuing ONEMESA's focus on quality improvement. Cheri's passion for the material sales team can be seen through her dedication to ongoing training and education. MESA Products is where she found not only her career in cathodic protection, but also her life partner, Greg.

Purchasing Manager

Rhonda Coltharp

Rhonda Coltharp's journey at MESA Products began in 2002 as an invoicing/accounts receivable assistant. She has served as a purchasing expert for over a decade as a GP power user. With a strong customer focus, Rhonda is the quintessential team player. She manages purchasing, invoicing, and receiving groups along with overseeing material inventory.  Beyond her professional roles, Rhonda's community involvement included a seven-year tenure as a Girl Scout leader. A devoted fan of OKLAHOMA STATE, she spends weekends at her cherished lakeside cabin, maintaining a balanced and fun life outside the office.

SAFETY Director

Greg Thomas

For over thirty years, Greg has served MESA Products in various capacities, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and more. This experience gives Greg a unique insight into the challenges our teams face every day, making him the ideal SAFETY Director for our team. Greg is a Certified Occupational SAFETY Specialist and a Smith Driving instructor, and has served the state and national quality community as a trained examiner. When he isn’t helping our teams implement corrective actions and analyze jobsite risks, you might find Greg at the lake with his family or riding his motorcycle on a nice day.

Logistics manager

Tracy Sheets

Tracy Sheets, part of ONEMESA since 2015, brings 29 years of transport industry experience from UPS, FedEx, Bax Global, and Conway Freight. As Logistics Manager, he oversees inbound/outbound operations, skillfully negotiating contracts for LTL, international, air freight, and more. Tracy's collaborative approach advances business goals and SAFETY. His completion of Track 1 Basic Cathodic Protection reflects dedication. Outside work, he finds joy in family, grandchildren, and weekends on the golf course.
